Task: Arrange For Specific Expertise

The objective of this task is to add whatever additional local expertise is needed for negotiations, conversions and compensations related to obligatory staff transfer.

Depending on the knowledge in the HR team of the country from which the services are being offered to the Client, and the amount of countries involved in service delivery, it is good to decide what extra expertise is needed to negotiate and calculate the staff transfer costs. Not all terms and conditions or special arrangements need to be converted and/or compensated. It could be that Capgemini is allowed to determine this at its own discretion or local and/or regional laws dictate what Capgemini should do.

Capgemini might need local Legal counsel, local pension experts and local HR expertise.
